ISTD is, in addition to conducting training events, facilitating exposure visits. Exposure visits provide a chance to participants to visit similar projects and organizations. Through visits, they will be able to compare their services, projects and products with the host country organizations. Further, they can be given chance to participate in question & answer sessions where they can place their confusions, doubts and questions to field specialists and directly get the responses from projects invovled team members. Visits will help the participants not only promote their class based learning but also see and observe the implementation from nearby.
